Today I witnessed the rebirth of Kendall, Hyundai. Currently they are remodeling, but even in these conditions they are hitting it out of the park. I was able to make an appointment with the automated system and received service within an hour of making my appointment. The service team rep Jeus Calderin was very amiable, knowledgeable and caring. I had to work that day and they were kind enough to help me with uber so that I could make it to work and back when the repair was complete.

By far the worst experience in my entire life, in any aspect. I called the dealership on Monday to confirm a Vehicle was available for sale. I explained I would be bringing cash to purchase. UGH! I am so disappointed with their service! I spent a ton of money on a new 2025 vehicle and they have yet to address my problem! No updates and my NEW car which I have brought back 3 times stills sits at their dealership! SMH and I am still waiting! Haven't drove it in over a week but I had to make my payment. Wish someone would solve my problem before I have to involve my attorney. such a shame that just communication and action could have solved this problem.

Construction at this dealership is a nightmare to navigate. Had an appointment at 10:15-got there at 10:00 and did not get my car back until 12:30-just an oil change. The service department was great-I feel bad that they have to deal with all the confusion with the construction and still try to provide great customer service.
Went in to look around but ended up leaving with an Elantra, Erik Posada helped me out. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable, great customer service!
Service always takes to long. Had an appointment at 9:30am and didn’t get in my car till 4:30pm. Also the technician didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut on my SUV. He told me I needed a new Cabin filter but failed to see I was missing a lug nut. I’m questioning weather a wheel alignment and tire rotation was even performed on my vehicle since he didn’t see that I was missing a lug nut.

Dropped my car off October 17th at 9am. Car was not ready for pickup until November 7th. I kept getting told my car wasn’t ready because the mechanic was backed up and hadn’t gotten to it. After three weeks, the loaner car had to be returned. Terrible experience. Was told my car was ready, only to find it untouched and wasted work hours. They claimed a part was unavailable, but somehow fixed it later that day, making me suspect they had it all along. Next day, I discovered they’d damaged two door pieces. One was poorly reattached with broken clips, while another was bent and had broken metal clips. This is the worst car service I’ve ever received!
It was a wonderful experience, Anthony, the associate who worked with me got me a ride home, and I was picked up in a timely manner, and the fact that I didn’t have to sit at the dealership was wonderful.

No follow thru on pending issues with my vehicle. No notification when my warrantied part arrived, no contact to make an appointment for me. I was proactive to found out if the past arrived and to make an appointment. Then when I go to my appointment, the part was not available because they used it for someone else. Frustrating and a waste of time.

We were assigned Joshua when we brought our car via tow to the dealership to be fixed. The car was towed in a Friday but we never received confirmation that the car had indeed arrived at the dealer garage. We had to rely on the car GPS (bluelink). When I drove off I noticed my tire pressure was ALL at 38.... not sure why it was so high since the for frame states it should be 33, they are a service center, you would think they would know what your vehicle tire pressure should be or at least know where to look to do it correctly.
